| Ralph is the centre of the band...he provides the entire P.A and lights for every gig, as well as performing top
quality lead guitar. His solos are legendary!! He started out his musical career as a DJ, specialising in rock
discos, but hasn't got the time for that now. His guitar is an ancient Peavey Predator that has been set up well.
His pedal board combines a Zoom 505 mark 2 with a Boss Be5 plus wah/volume pedal and radio kit all of which run
through a 60w VOX amp. Ralph has played in many a line-up including - in no particular order - Fast Friends,
Adventure Playground (with Alastair), Thinking Aloud (with Kim), Kick and Cover Me Bad to name but a few - the
latter of which he still plays the occasional gig with. He is famous for many things, one of which is using any
object he can get his hands on for slide guitar including a can of finger ease and a PP3 battery. More importantly
though, he's famous for just playing amazing guitar! |
