oarse With No Name have been playing together since 2002 in and around Cambridge, England. We play mainly seventies rock cover classics from the likes of Pink Floyd, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple and Golden Earring to name but a few. We try and give all the songs our own unique signature, but on the whole remain pretty faithful to the original recordings.
We are a four piece line-up consisting of drums, bass, lead and rhythm guitars, with lead vocals shared between the three guitarists. Having a much more laid back attitude to rehearsal these days we only do gigs of our choosing for a few pints of lager. Gone are the days of rehearsing in a grotty village hall once a week in the middle of nowhere! That's not to say that the standard is low - we've all played the Cambridge circuit for many years now and have plenty of experience behind us. We thought it was about time somebody brought back all those classics of rock and paid tribute to all the great musicians who wrote them!
